Hi, If you could provide some additional information, such as software versions or more details about your problem, it would help us volunteers to provide the correct solution. Please have a look at the FAQ "Which settings do I have to make for the communication with WinCC Unified Runtime on the runtime device?", especially point 8. The simulation of a Unified Comfort Panel is always done with the WinCC Unified PC Runtime, which requires a browser for access. Kind regards |

Hello, from what it shows, it seems to be a user and password or "Users and Roles" error. How is the configuration of your users? see this LINK see this LINK For the simulation you can use the Automatic Login of the Runtime Manager. (Use with care as you always stay logged in using this feature). Good luck
