Wincc 6.0 Not function correctly

azraco Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, please help me, I have been working for a big while with this problem. I have a Wincc 6.0 to connect whit a PLC Simatic S5. I am using a card CP1613 by AUI Port to connect a PC with Windows XP SP-2 through Industrial Ethernet Simatic NET. But it doesn´t work properly, the signals of my tags lose it and back again. What im really want to say is the connection with the PLC is not continue. Coming by 10 second or less and their gone. I hope you understand, my English is not so good. Hi,

you should contact the WinCC Competence Center in Erlangen, which is supporting and developing the S5-Channel.

We had a similar problem using the SIMATIC S5 PMC ETHERNET. To fix the problem we upgrade the CP firmware on the PLC S5 and the PMC driver. With this changes the PLC have less disconnections with WinCC maybe 2 or 3 on a week [:P] I just have read ur post, hope this can help you a little. Maybe the problem is already fixed, in that case I will apreciate if you can let us know how did youfix it. Best Regards David
