WinCC 6.2 Client Error during communication with server

bichon2 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello I have a problem with WinCC clients. Durring Client start-up connection I have a communicate that I have no licence. On HMI client there is a RT128 licence, on servers - RT64k, RC64k, Server, Redundancy. I am using version WinCC 6.2 with CP1613 card. Asia. Before CP 1613 card installation communication between client adn server was ok. Maybe there is a patch tor this?

Ikkezelf Posts: 1084 Rating: (72)	When you get the pop-up window stating that you don't have a license you can press the "detail" button after which you get a list of installed and needed licenses. There you can see the license you are missing. Or at least the one that wincc is complaining about that is missing. with regards, Ikkezelf

bichon2 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	It is not so simple I have installed Simatic NET licence. The popup is different 'style', there is only OK button, I cannot see witch licence is missing.

Ikkezelf Posts: 1084 Rating: (72)	Hi, can you post a screenshot of the pop-up that you are getting? With the use of the installed Automationlicense manager you are able to view teh missing license. Open the automationm license manager then go to "view" and "define". here you can select the "missing license" view. 1.
