WinCC 6.2 Client machine is not displaying runtime data and values after updating the simatic net 6.4

Hi, I have WinCC version 6.2,2 Server and 1 client connected. After updating the Simatic net from ver 6.0 to 6,4 ( Edition 2006 )on the client machine , the runtime data is not coming on the client PC. From the clients, the server can be pinged, even the shared mapped drive containing the project is visible.ALL the PLC can be pinged from the client machine . It seems the server data got diconnected or corrupted from the Server PC , when we tried to reload or regenerate the data we got the error "the package contains redundant partner the import cannot be executed " Please advice, Please find attached following documents for the ready reference : 1) System architecture 2) Installed softwares and versions 3) Operating system details 4) The Server data error on Server PC 5) Diagnose folder Earliest response is much appreciated Regards SK7 AttachmentAttachments.zip (44 Downloads) |
