Hi Gents, I am in a big trouble. In the PCWinCC 6.2 SP2 was already installed and it was running. and I was wanted to convert WinCC project created in 5.1 to 6.2. While migating the old project from project migration menu.I got the message that Sybase 7 not installed so I installed the sybase SQL Anywhere 7 (7.0.3). And then I reboot the system, after rebooting i got the message (see attachment1-Startup error). and since then I am not able to start WinCC because it is giving error (See Attachment2). Now the condition is that I could not able to open application nor I am able to installed the WinCC 6.2 again. If Istart installing the 6.2 again it gives an error KB319740 to installed. But if I say to install it shows already present. I have gone through the post similar to Windows XP SP3 & WinCC 6.2 installation, And I concluded that WinCC 6.2 SP2 can not again be installed on XP SP3. What to do in thatcase.
