JMJ Posts: 487 Rating: (45)	WinCC is a full blown SCADA product where as WinCCFlex is an HMI. So WinCC is much more capable, powerful and higher-end product comparedto WinCC Flex. You can achive some features of WinCC in WinCCFlex. But this has to be done manually by re-doing allthe screens and other items. I do notget why you want to downgrade your system from a SCADA to an HMI unless WinCC itself was ultilized only for simple HMI tasks.

But maybe you want just to use some screens that has already prepared in WinCC project... I don't know if this will work in your case but... http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/18796902 ( page 25 - Migrating WinCC projects ) you can see what will receive after migrating.The result is nearly nothing. Better start from the begining and create new project in WinCC Flex. I think this is the right way. regards
