WinCC 7.0 SP3 project migration to WinCC Professional V11

Hello As a follow up to this discusssion I was wondering if it is now possible to migrate WinCC 7.0 SP2 to TIA v11. My specific issue: WinCC project created in 7.0 SP3. I have a comfort panel TP1500 on which i need to show these screens. The path i have tried to follow is to convert to WinCC 7.0 SP2 --> Use Migration Tool V11 SP2 UPDATE 4 ( to convert to .am11 format) and finally Use the migrate project option in TIA V11 to open the project, add the TP1500 hmi device and load the project to the HMI through ethernet. I am currently facing an error on the migration tool which does not convert the project. Any help would be appreciated.
