Tengo una máquina virtual en  Simulación S7-400 y NetoPLCSim y en otra máquina virtual Wincc Advance RT. Cuando inicio la aplicación de WinCC Advance  aparece un mensaje que dice conectado pero no trae las variables y desde el editor no se puede conectar online.

For Simulation of PLC + WinCC flexible, you have to install both Simatic Manager and WinCC Flexible on the same VM.

For just simulating WinCC flexible RT, you can rin simulator and set number of Tags and see the effect on the running RT.
