WinCC Advance V13 SP6, failure when I try to retrieve a project

I have a problem with WinCC.

I have WinCC Advance V13 SP6 installed, but  when I try to retrieve a project I get a window displayed that tell me I need to install WinCC comfort V13 SP1, and also show, that I have installed Wincc Basic.

Any Idea ?

Which version if  WinCC Advanced did you install? V13 SP1? The newest version is V13 SP1 update 4.
Did you upgrade all TIA Portal components? To me it sound like you might have installed STEP 7 (which comes with WinCC Basic, I think).

Open your TIA Portal and click on "Help" and "Installed Software". What is listed here? As Christoph suggests, a screenshot would help,

Note : I have SIMATIC Manager v5.5 Simultaneously.

But there is no released version of WinCC Adv V13 SP6.

I have seen the screen shot.

Plz install the following software

1) Step7 Prof V13 SP1

2)WinCC Adv/Comfort V13 SP1

Then only you can open the project.

My problem was solved.I installed WinCC Professional V13 and my problem was fixed.
