Wincc Advanced Runtime v13 crashes

autodafos Experienced Member Joined: 6/21/2006 Last visit: 7/6/2023 Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	The version of wincc runtime that I use in the Customer PC is v13 and the TiaPortal in my laptop which I use in order to create the executable file is v13 also when I start the Wincc Runtime either from the executable file on the final PC which has only the Wincc Adnaced Runtime installed or with the RT simulator from inside TIA PORTAL in the programming PC I receive the following error message with the following details WinCC Runtime Advanced Module HmiRTM has stoped working Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: HmiRTm.exe Application Version: 1300.5.101.12 Application Timestamp: 541058d3 Fault Module Name: OMSp_dll.dll Fault Module Version: 1300.0.9999.9999 Fault Module Timestamp: 52dd19c8 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00001e56 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 0a9e Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Additional Information 3: 0a9e Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Attachment WinccAdvancedRuntime crash screen.jpg (459 Downloads)

Gold Member Joined: 6/3/2014 Last visit: 9/26/2024 Posts: 660 Rating: (194)	Hello hamza aouedj, I know of three things you can try: recompile the project completely or delete the "IM" Folder and then recompile completely. (If you don't know how search for IM in the TIA Portal part of the Forum.) It might be a problem with autostart - some drivers might not be loaded yet. Try to start the HMI loader. Try starting the service a bit time delayed. Would be good to know what version you are using: TIA Version? Service pack? Update?

I had the same problem: Program "WinCC Runtime Advanced Module: HmiRTm" are not working I recompiled software (rebuild all) and it solved my problem! P.S. My software version is: TIA Portal v13 SP1 (without any updates) Attachment software compile (rebuild all).png (434 Downloads)
