Hi, I agree with Ikkezelf on this... the fact that the alarm went it while an operator was online isn't really that much of an information. You should create a log of login / logut events. With this you'll know exactly from what time to what time a user was logged in. And if they acknowledge an alarm you'll also have their names registered, since alarm acnowledgment is something important. Are you trying to implement alarm messages for every possible action a user does, to track them? If so, be sure you'll classify those messages, so that user actions messages are not displayed on the online alarm windows (e.g. messages without status "went out"), otherwise the operators will have a whole lot of messages to view at a time. It may cause confusion, or get them to ignore actual alarms. WinCC has an option to track user actions, it's the Audit... maybe you should check that out! Best regards, Danielle |
