Hello AnWve; Siemens is a very large company, wih many divisions that do not always speak to each other well. ICCP (IEC68706 TASE.2) is considered a Substation protocol, such as DNP3; these are not often used by people who work in process or manufacturing applications. In some of the plants we build, we have to deal with integration of HV and MV switchgear, where we use Siprotec protection relays.Information for themisavailable in a separate Siemens portal, which deals with Power generation and distribution. In this portal, there is a range of products called SICAM, for substation monitoring and control. They support many substation protocols, on S7-400/WinCC-based hardware and software comibinations generally not available to us. For example, IEC-68706 TASE.2 is shown here as available on SICAM, on a WinCC platform: http://www.pa.com.sg/1.03.SicamPCC.htm I am not at all familiar with SICAM products, but I camn give you access to their portal: http://www.sicam.de/index_e.htm Maybe you can study these offerings and fins a combination that would allow you to integrate ICCP in your WinCC application.Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
