WinCC Archiving Time Delay

hi all,

i`m archiving a process value md10 (real tag) in wincc..
acuisition cycle =10 minute
archiving cycle = 1 hour

there`s a time delay between the time of readig and the time of archiving
ex:
when reading was 39 at 10 am
this reading was archived with 12 am as atime stamp
why?

now i need to make the time stamp of the archives corresponding to the local time of my computer(GMT+2)..
how?
