WinCC array tags in JavaScript

Hello all,

1. question: -> see attached picture (1st_run_oz.PNG)
When I open screen (for the first time) and try to read values from WinCC Array with JS event on button I don't get any result. But If I run Read() function for the 2nd time, I get the result. Do you have any idea why it behaves like this?

Array is internal WinCC tag.

2. question: -> see attached picture (New_imput_oz.PNG)
If I add new value to array, function Read() doesn't return this new value, just older values. 
If I read values index by index I get all the values, including new one.
