Tengo un problema con un panel comfort TP700, hace 3 años lo instalamos y se dejó con una licencia de WinCC Audit Trail for SIMATIC Panel, el día de hoy nos reportaron que les apareció el mensaje: “¡Clave de licencia no disponible! WinCC Audit for SIMATIC Panel!”, el cliente asegura que no intervinieron el sistema ni había personal trabajando. ¿Alguien tiene idea del origen del problema y que opciones podemos ofrecerle al cliente?

Buen dia estimado facundo, si logré resolver el problema, en mi caso me contacte con el  soporte global de siemens y ellos me ayudaron con el procedimiento de reposición de licencia sin costo, solo debes de enviarles algunas fotografías del certificado que viene en la caja de la licencia de audit extraviada. También, dependiendo de con que versión de TIA portal trabajes, te pueden mandar un parche o actualización para evitar que pase en el futuro.
