In every WinCC Professional RT Package there is also a suitable SIMATIC  NET PC Software Version included. You have also a Softnet S7 Lean License (And Basic) included which allows you to run up to 8 Connections simultaneously.

So you do not have to care about the correct Simatic Net Version, its always included.

Only if you use more than 8 Connections then you need a additional License.

On my WinCC V14 SP1 Runtime Professional no Simatic Net was included.

so if there is a Lean License in it, then there are upt to 8 Connections available. And of course you need a Simatic Net Installation that WinCC Professional could run the communication Connections.

It is the same as in WinCC Classic V7.X

the simatic Net is not on the WinCC Prof DVD, its only in the Package.
