Am I wrong or is it impossible to make pop-ups with Wincc V14 (comfort/Advance)?

In V13 it was possible to add a pop-up screen under the Screenmanagement.

your image shows V11.0.2.0 for the TP700, but you can use it only from V13 SP1 (ES and RT), see Delivery Release for SIMATIC WinCC V13 SP1.
