I have created a string "HMI_User_Nam", but where can I connect so the software is updating the string with current inlogged user?

As for your two questions:

1. To write the current loggen in user into your tag, you can do the following:

 - Enter the scheduled tasks and create a new task.

 - At trigger you select "User change"

 - Now select the task and click on events in the properties window at the bottom

 - Now add the function "GetUserName" and connect your tag to the "Tag (Output)" of this function

 - Now everytime the user changes this function is triggered, which reads the current user from the system and is written in the specified tag like you want it to.
