WinCC Communication problem with CP-343-1

pesa2k Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Hi, I am using CPU 315-2 DP in software redundant modewith four CP-343-1 Communication Processors to communicate with my WinCC 6.2 Server. In WinCC the communication status of the PLC is oscillating between Connected and Disconnected. (Continuously) I am able to communicate with the PLC station from Step-7 without any problem. I don't find any diagnostic information from the PLC as well as the CP-343-1. I have enabled the Multi connection option in hardware configuration. Part no of CPU-6es7 315-2ag10-0ab0 Part no of CP- 6es7 343-1ex11-0xe0 In WinCC diagnostics, the error no is 0xFFDF D801 I am attaching the diagnostics files here. Please help me find out a solution for this problem. and tell me what I should try to identify the cause. Thanks Attachment Diagnose.zip (130 Downloads)

I have no idea, so I gona ask some questions. - What is the multiple connection option, or better to say what does it do? - How did you configure the two CPs, do they have the same Ethernet IP Address? - Do you work on one or on two Networks? - How and how many Connections did you configure? - Do you use SIMATIC NET drivers or only the WinCC suported BCE driver? pesa2k Posts: 11 Rating: (1)	Hi, Thanks for your suggestions. I fixed the problem. 1. WinCC communication channel System parameter from "Cycle Management by PLC" parameter. I deselected the option. 2. I had a problem with one of the tag addresses also. Now everything i working fine. Thanks

Thank Buddy, After I deselected the option in "tag management">"Cycle Management by PLC" parameter. It work without the problem.
