But I want to run that picture on the My PC running WinCC

Is it compatible?

I don't want Simulation

I wanna go WinCC PC made by WinCC TIA V15 TP1500

Yes you can do it, You need WinCC Runtime Professional V15, which means the HMI in your PC will be RT professional.
