Hello Frank; The Downtime Monitor is a WinCC add-on, but it is not considered part of the WinCC platform. It is a part of Simatic IT's Plant Intelligence suite, an entre-level integration of SCADA to MES systems. there is no mention of it on the A&D Support site. First, here is what littleis available on the A&D Mall on the Downtime Monitor (sketchy, as you can see, just a technical description for potential buyers): https://mall.automation.siemens.com/WW/guest/index.asp?nodeID=10038096&lang=en Next, here is a link to the Simatic IT portal, with a downloadable presentation brochure that mentions the Download Monitor as part of its suite of programs: https://mes-simaticit.siemens.com/html/product_plantintelligence.html You will have to register there in order to have access to more manuals and information. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |

DowntimeMonitor (DTM)is a WinCC option package designed for OEE calculations and downtime analysis. You will find information on the WinCC site www.siemens.com/wincc under the Plant Intelligence options. V1.0 SP1 has jus been released and this allows the DTM controls to be used with WebNavigator. You can also feed the OEE calculated data back to a WinCC internal variable which can then be put on to any standard screen and publised via WebNavigator in the usual way. The MES version has the same controls but is part of the Simatic IT suite of tools. I would suggest you speak to your local Siemens representative to get more details of the product. |
