WinCC flex Runtime: Going online, loading program

First of all, I'll list what software/hardware I'm using:

• A Standard PC to be used as HMI with:
• Windows 7 Professional x64
• SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008 Runtime SP3
• A Laptop PC for programming with:
• Windows 7 Professional x64
• TIA PortalVersion V11 SP2 Update 5
• WinCC Advanced Version V11 SP2 Update 5

Everything I have is licenced.

I can ping the PC, and I can ping my laptop, so the networking is OK. I have the RT Loader program open and in transfer mode.

The problem is this: When I add the device in a TIA project I cannot go online. When I try to load a program to the PC it gives me this error: "The required operating system is not installed on the HMI device. Update the operating system from WinCC with the menu command "Online > HMI device maintenance > Update operating system"."

I cannot do the action described in the error because I cannot go online.

I've attached a TIA project so you can see the hardware config.

Any help or demo projects would be appreciated very much.

Simatic WinCC flexible 2008 is an Enginerring System (ES), andSimaticWinCC flexible 2008 Runtime is Runtime software (RT).

Simatic WinCC Advanced is ES (andsuccessor ofSimaticWinCC flexible), and Simatic WinCCRuntimeAdvanced is RT.
