WinCC Flex stops logging to SQL

Rogusu Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Greetings and salutations, first of all, I would like to greet you all and thank you for this forum. I would like to ask for help. We are using WinCC Flexible to create a monitoring project in PC runtime, so we can see the status of machines and pieces producted.A while ago westarted to log those values into SQL database. I have no experience with WinCC software, so my approach may be completely wrong :) I just set reqested tags to log on change valueand instead of file set databse.Then I set up ODBC, MS SQL server and everything seemed to work well for cca 1 month. But now we have a problem, that after aproximately 1-2 hours WinCC stops sending datas to database. I tried to monitor communication via ODBC tracker to check if there is problem with server, but it seemes that WinCC just stops communicating. On runtime I can see the values are changing, but that is all :( I tried older projects, but with the same result. The runtime, OPC server and SQL server are all on the same machine. I tried to run runtime from WinCC Flexible, which is on another PC, but with the same result. Where can be the fault? Or is there some better way to do this? In that case it will stop logging. If its circular logging then your problem is different, but I do not have any ideas at the moment.

Rogusu Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, thanks for your response. It is set to circular logging. Yesterday I tried to set logging to file and it worked wihout any problems. :( I will check the SQL server once again...
