WinCC Flexible 2008 installation doesn't start

I'm not able to start the installation because the system gives me a message: "Before installing other programs please restart windows". This popup window appears just after I start the setup or click on the DVD icon: I can only see this message..nothing else happens. I start having this problem after I run the setup of Wcc2008 and it disinstall the Wincc Flexible 2005After the disinstallation of 2005 , it is not able to continue with the new 2008 installation. I already tried the Cleanup support tool from Siemens without positive results.. IAny idea on what is stopping the installation ? Thanks Dave B.

I've looked into the support section before posting here...but this was a generic tip...I was searching with Wincc 2008 keywords... Siemens has all the answer...sometime it's not easy to find WHERE Thanks Again...now wincc is installing. CIAO Dave B.
