With what controller you try to get connection ? What problem do you have ? If you are only asking of how to configure OPC then its good idea to read WinCC Flexible communication book http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/18797552 http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/18797249 In general OPC tag syntax depends on what OPC server you use, but again, please be more specific about your problem.
