WinCC flexible, R6002 Runtime Error! Floating point support not loaded

R6002 Runtime Error! Floating support not loaded..............is coming while trying to activate simulation mode of wincc in TIA portal. Its not possible to activate the simulation.

I am also facing the same error, with winCC flexible 2008 SP3, V1.4.0.0_1.16.0.16.

I tried complete software re-installation, but still having problem.

as the Screenshot says I would say the Problem is not in the WinCC flexible instllation. The Error is in The Visual c++ Runtime Library. so The Flexible installation bring a few Microsoft Products like this. When you only deinstall the WinCC flexible core Component then the Environment Installation won´t be renewed.

But its hard to say which Software you have to delete and reinstall exactly.

It this case i would try to do an Image of the System and then try to deinstall all Visual c++ components and the Flexible and do a repair installation.

When its not OK afterwards you can go back to Image.

So when nothing helps you can go to Siemens Support or do a new installation of Windows System.
