WinCC Horn editor - no alarm sound

Nene Posts: 35 Rating: (0)	Hi, I've configured an alarm sound in horn editor from WinCC 6.2, as shown in online help and as our project in WinCC 6.0 SP4. The acknowledgement is done with a button that clear the binary TAG. The horn editor don't put the TAG to 1 when an alarm come in and even if I change the TAG to 1 myself, still no alarm sound! Can you help me in these matter? Thanks in advance,

Nene Posts: 35 Rating: (0)	Hi April, As I said before I've done all of that! All the alarms have the same priority and in the horn editor I left the priority field empty! ( At this point I've tried all the possibilities in that field ). Do you know what might be wrong? Even if the alarm doesn't trigger the TAG, if I set theTAGmyselfisn't the sound supposed to work? It should work if you read full and carefully the link below. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24740744 otherwise check your sound card is ok, and if not you may reinstall WINCC i think. no idea Good luck
