I have the same problem. Version TIA Portal V14 SP1, new laptop, Windows 10 Home. There is no Windows update to install. What else can be the reason? |

I had the same problem as you: checking the error it came from a "SeCon" so I checked the SeCon log : It was Windows's firewall I retried after deactivating it and everything went fine. |
