Wincc New Project Error...

I installed wincc v11 sp2 to windows7 64 bit ultimate,i opened it and tried to create a new project.But whenever i try to do this, appears a message that "The application has encountered a problem and needs to close.Would like to restart the application?" Install Update 3 for your software and see if error still exists. You can find Update 3 here 2. If updating does not help then open a Support Request As long as it is Siemens internal problem forum will not help too much. We can't see source code and internals of TIA software, so contact Siemens.
