WinCC OLEDB provider query format

It works fine, but now I want to order thedata retrievedby Time... By defaultdata is ordered by tag ID... The query I´m using is: TAG:R,(1,2),'0000-00-00 01:00:00.000','0000-00-00 00:00:00.000','ORDER BY {TimeStamp [DESC]}' When I use it, I get an error... I get the same error whe I use the example that can be found in the connectivity pack help: TAG:R,(1,2),'0000-00-00 01:00:00.000','0000-00-00 00:00:00.000','WHERE RealValue > 1' Has anybody tried the SQLClause in a query? Thanks.

agiber Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Dont use "{" & "}" "TAG:R,(1;2),'0000-00-00 00:05:00.000','0000-00-00 00:00:00', 'ORDER BY RealValue DESC'" works fine here (just checked)

carmamezo Advanced Member Joined: 8/23/2007 Last visit: 11/28/2023 Posts: 38 Rating: (4)	I have tried what u said and I get the same error By the way, I´m using microsoftADO control activex and when I use an SQL clause like ORDER BY or WHERE I get the error... I don´t know where the problem is, if I´m doing the same query asuand still get the problem...
