Nitin Chauhan Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	We have WinCC Server and Client, Project is running successfully, Now we want to connect WinCC OPC Server with IBA-pda. We configure WinCC OPC Server in IBA-PDA also but when we configure and TAG to see status, at that time message is showing " Access Denied " Please guide to what to do now.

This could be Windows or OPC Server permissions. - Ensure you have set up DCOM correctly. (http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21320307page 453 onwards) - If WinCC is running on XP SP2 then read this FAQ : http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/15049230 ( make sure you follow the links to the white paper on opfoundation.org ) - WinCC must be in Runtime !
