WINCC/PCS7 ERROR IN OPENING THE FILE

Dear All

I am Using PCS7 V6.1 .i am trying to open a backup in my standalone OS Station the Wincc exprlorer is getting opened .but as soon as i activate My project an error is poping up and the project is getting deactivated.the backup is also getting opened in only engineering station of the customer and in my laptop only please let me know if anybody has come across the following error CCTLG Server.EXE

I tried opeing the file in my friend's laptop but found the following error(as an attachment).
I unchecked the Tag loging & Alam Loging then my project gets activated.Please guide me how to overcome this error

Dear Danielle

Unless my Wincc Is completly activated, i don't think i willget the diagnose the same is confirmed. so please tell me how to get the diagnose folder.
