I am a bit new in Scada system.

So that is really kind, if someone can help me findout special in this point.

Between PC station (IE general card) & Wincc TR pro have special connect in grey colour.

But when i config it.. disapear.

Do anyone can give me an advice on this poin.

Its a quite normal behaviour.

In your 1st Screenshot you have activated the Button Network  in the "Devices&Network view". in the second Screenshot  you have activated the Button "Connections". (we can see because the WInCC RT is in blue/green colour).

you can switch between the networking and the connecting view.

Thanks for your reply. But it could be missing something , At picture 1 (success one ) we can easy to see that have connection between CPIE and WinCC RT adv. But at picture 2  the connect tion between CPIE and Wincc RT pro disappeared. This cause compile err. It could be cause by none admin user running. But for this one I will check later.
