WinCC Pro V12 and WinCC V7.0

Presently I have installed WinCC Professional V12. I am using this software for the TP 1500 confort panel. I want to install WinCC V7.0 but both SCADA version can't be installed on same PC. Now my question- Can we install WinCC comfort V12.0 and WinCC V7 on same PC? If yes is it possible to install the WinCC professional V12 as a WinCC comfort V12 and how to install? If no, is there any way to use both of these software?

K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (136)	Hello, for more information about compatibility see this link: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/64872538 I don't think you can install wincc comfort with a wincc professional setup. But if you don't need the functions of wincc professional (configuring a runtime pc system), contact your siemens salesman if they will provide you the version wincc comfort. I prefer to use virtual machines. I install each version ina machine and depending on the project I'm currently working I start one of these VMs. This way I don't face problems regarding compatibility, problems with previously installed SQL servers etc. K!ke
