I am trying to install Wincc Pro v13 trail on my Win 7 Pro sp1 PC which already has TIA 12. The PC rebooted in the middle and only installed SQL, OPC import export but not wincc. I tried again and I got the error "failed to open windows installer database 7087a.msi" I have attached the log files. I am not sure how to proceed.
