WINCC pro v13+sp1 ERROR

I have installed the following softwares so far:

WinCC TIA V13

WinCC professional V13

STEP7 TIA V13

PLCSIM V13

STEP7 TIA V13 SP1

WinCC TIA V13 SP1

PLCSIM V13 SP1

Now I want to install WinCC professional V13 SP1. It goes fine until the end when prompting an error that there were errors during the setup, then suggesting me to restart. After rebooting, my TIA starts fine, but it can't simulate, particularly, my HMI devices (including WinCC RT). I tried to repair WinCC Professional SP1 with and without my anti-virus on. It concludes with the same error that there are errors during the installation.

I don't know, if this is the cause of your problem, but the following FAQ states, that you have to install STEP 7 first and WinCC afterwards. In which order did you install your software?

10) Order of installation of SIMATIC products for the TIA Portal

First install STEP 7 (TIA Portal), because the HMI products integrate in STEP 7. Then the HMI products followed by the optional software packages (STARTER, SINAMICS Startdrive, for example). Below is an example for the order of installation:

1. SIMATIC STEP 7 Professional V13
2. SIMATIC WinCC Professional V13
3. SINAMICS Startdrive V13
4. STEP 7 Safety Advanced V13
