hello I have seen event log of wincc in diagnose folder but it seems wincc does not log any thing |

Try to install the latest update possible for WinCC 7.3, Update 18 is the latest one. Kind regards, Pavel |

Hellow sql services is good is started..... but the problem still ,, i have the same message "A basic application could not be started" |

Hello Jorge1426, the "basic application" does not only mean the SQL-Server, Sometimes it helps, to delete the dcf-files, see FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109763043 If this would not help, you should use the SIMATIC Assessment Suite - https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/65976201 Then create a Service Request, and send the data to the Regards Georg Berghof |

Hello 2rostkar perhaps its a matter of ALM Version? You could give a try to uninstall the ALM and install the latest Version available on Siemens Website: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/114358 If this do not work you also could open a Service Request at Siemens Support.
