WINCC PROBLEM

HI

I am facing two Problem on the same PC whichis having WinCC V5.0 SP2 & OS
Windows 2000 SP1.

1. When I will open the Project In WinCC explore & if I change the Computer
name with My PC name It will Give me the error attached.
.
2. When I will try to Create the New PDL, In new project or Existing project
it will give me the error attached.

Exitingprojectis alsonotshowing the exiting PDL in the WinCC explore.

I am attaching the both the Screen shot to getthe clear Idea about the
problem.

Regards,

1) The user logged onto Windows should bea member of the "SIMATIC HMI" group and the Administrators group.
2) Do you have any third-party anti-virus software installed, such as Symantec Security Centre?
3) In Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services check that the "Microsoft Message Queue Service" is installed and Started.
4) Ensure that a valid and operational network card is installed.
