Wincc prof v13 s7-1200 plc HMI connection not working

SRobijn Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I hope somebody help me. I cant figure out why the HMI connection between a ipc647D (Wincc prof RT V13) and a s7-1200 is not working. The configuration: - PC: On the PC the S7ONLINE access point is set to "first ethernet port".TCPIP.1 and the ip is set manually to 10.40.201.118 mask 255.255.255.0 - Tia Portal: HMI Connection Connection general 1200 has only one ethernet port, selected of the pc the first one. both same subnet both ethernet both ip adresses valid. 201.118 and .201.15 Data channel unit: TCP/IP unchecked Set automatically Unit access point: S7ONLINE Kind regards, S. Which IPC647D exactly (DP, PN, PN/IE)? do you get any error message in WinCC RT if you connect or disconnect the PLC ? Which FW Version is on the S7-1200? Regards Christoph

SRobijn Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello, Hardware / software info: IPC647D PN/IE S7-1200 V3.0 I don't have an error message. Just a channel diagnostic that says: disconnected. Normal 0 21 false false false NL X-NONE X-NONE Attachment Attachment.zip (529 Downloads)

SRobijn Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello everybody, I have still the same issue. But with more information. At the weekend I updated to Wincc Prof V13 SP1. I have attached there one image with three partial screen shots. The first displays the error message. The other two display my current settings. But also there not other option to select. K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (136)	Hello, I recently had the same problem with a pc system with wincc runtime advanced. In the Device configuration click on the pc system, in the properties there is an option "S7RTM is installed..." this option was checked by default. I unchecked it and it worked. K!ke
