You can download V13 inclSP2 here if you do not have: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/89331880 DO NOT try to install lower Versions first! Bye Murof

Please send Screenshot and Error Messages as Screenshots then we can see whats going on. Be sure you have downloaded all nessesary files (also the Exe Files with Exportcontrol) then you can start the Exe File and the zip archive will be unzipped, afterwards the installation wizard should start Bye Murof

If you need the WinCC Professsional RUNTIME software -< here there is no full Download. you have to by DVD or call your local Siemens contact. Bye Murof
