Dear all

I am using wincc professional v14 engineering with my laptop (window 7 ultimate SP1)

i faced error in opening the program( the wincc has encountered aproblem and needs to close)

we uninstalled the program using control panel and try to install again but the same error raised

before completing the installation

pls can we get any help
