I bumped into this as we have similar issue. In our setup with two monitors, when the Windows with WinCC starts the first time the monitors are assigned correctly to the functioning of the wincc. The Runtime starts automatically on the start of the computer. When there's no user signed in, the start is triggered by the user signed in. Did anyone find how to control this RDP WinCC interaction so that it provides stable environment for monitor/coordinate system in which we can position the popups etc correctly? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello Which WinCC Version do you use exactly? It s because the starter of the topic uses a very old V14 Version, this is not developed any more. Do you use the latest WInCC V19 Upd3 on engineering and RT? Bye Murof |
