wincc RT advanced or prof?

saleh Posts: 124 Rating: (4)	Hi I've installed tia , wincc, plcsim v13 and wincc Runtime is working well, but when i install v13 sp1, wincc runtime is not working. how can i find wincc runtime version (advanced or professional) ?

The SP1 can be downloaded here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/106567433 Which problem you have exactly ? Do you have a screenshot? After the update of WinCC RT to SP you must change the HMI Version in the project to work with it because the SP RT can't be used with a V13 HMI Project! Regards Christoph

saleh Posts: 124 Rating: (4)	RT simulator in v13 sp1 not show anything but RT simulator in v13 works well. I've downloaded wincc RT professional v13 sp1 and when i install it, the error said: "you must install wincc RT professional v13".

The simulation works , in the screens you see the panel! But now: The V13 running in a VMWare Virtual machine, the V13 SP1 also runing in a VM or native on a PC. The Screen from V13 SP1 UPD5 show a know issue with the Panel Simulation and Graphicdrivers. If the V13 SP1 is running in a VM install latest VM Tools and enable 3d Acceleration in the VMWare configuration. If you use a native system please check for newest graphic drivers. Regards Christoph Thank you very much. my problem solved after changing 3d Acceleration in VMWare. I've not known that is very important to simulation.
