Hello guys,

I'm having a problem with my WinCC RT advanced v13 SP2. When i start WinCC RT i cant get data on my trends. Time bar on trends is counting time (like it reads data, but it goes to infinity...).

My history data is stored in database, which is defined in WinCC and in SQL server manager.

I checked SQL server and its OK.

The problem started when i changed my TIA portal v13 project, couple days ago. I just added some taggs to be shown on trends. Now, even when i started previous version of my project (before changes are made) i cant get trends to show archive data.

Any suggestion what to check?

I got more information about this.

I check database archiving in SQL, and noticed that when i started WinCC RT Adv v13 SP2 i get only few seconds archived readings (pictures in attachment - variable 1,2,3).

I attached my network configuration, and my history data log definitions.

I checked SQL server in windows firewall, and it is allowed.

If anyone had the same problem, hope you can help me.

SOLVED!!!

One of the tags, which i removed physically (discionnected sensor), wasn't sending data to WinCC, and that messed up SQL base (the tag was showing '####' in runtime).

When we separated that tag from the other tags (set two database for writing history data, one for this tag and one for others tags), we get normal history log, and normal data monitoring with trends.

Hope this will help someone if he gets stuck with the same problem.
