wincc rt advanced v13 sp1 faceplate delete automatic

Dear expert of RT advanced.

i have one project of RT advanced V13 sp1 in which i have number of screens and in some of screens having near about 20 faceplates.

out of all screens in three screen, if i will add a faceplate by dragging and by copy it will comes but i compile project it will delete automatically.

so, i have question is. there is any limit of faceplate per screen or not?

there are three limits that might cause your problem:

The maximum number of I/O-fields per screen is 400,
the maximum number of tags per screen is 400 and
the maximum number of complex objects (bars, slides, symbol library,clock, all controls,...) per screen is 40.

The objects in the faceplate count as objects of the screen.

For example: You have 40 I/O fields on your screen and 20 I/O fields in a faceplate.
--> You can't have more than 18 faceplates. (18*20+40=400)

Could that be the issue with your screen?

i am really thankful to sending a best data base of RT advanced by link. i have read it and i think it may be a issue of it.

but  i have seen that if i will copy all object By ctr+A and pest new screen and then i compile it then it work ok.

 You should create library for face plate it's very easy to use with using udt

Limitations will be as Mr.H-J explain.

The limitations I wrote are per screen.

Of course it works if you copy the objects and paste them on a new screen. They count anew on each new screen.

If it works, it means that you haven't reached the limitations for the whole project yet, which are much higher.
