I have an HMI on a machine PC.
I would like to transfer its program offline because I don't have a direct connection to the PC.

I found a tutorial here :

However, the red circle button "Download to file system" does not exist in my house.... See the following screen (in french):

Hello AFY_TecFR,

the link is showing a description for transferring WinCC Professional - maybe you are using WinCC Advanced in your project.

When you search the directory of your project you find a path like ~\IM\HMI\C\1\Generates. You can send the content of this directory to Service Technician or Customer and describe where they have to copy it.
