WINCC RT PROFESSIONAL USER CONTROL NOT VISIBLE!

I have a WinCC Professional V14 SP1 application, when I insert a "user control" on a screen and start the runtime is not visible. It has no animation, simply is the control as it comes in the toolkit. Any ideas.. thanks
