As per the subject, i used to download from my programming laptop to the field SCADA PC, at that time the Runtime was perfect, and every thing is fine.

after that i make an update to my programming software to SP2, and it become: TIA  Version V13 SP2, STEP 7 Professional Version V13 SP2 and WinCC Professional Version V13 SP2.

On the field SCADA PC "operator" that with WinCC RT Professional V13.0 SP1 UPD9.

is that the main reason to have the following massage on the field SCADA PC:

"The version of the project is newer than the installed version, The project cannot be opened with this version".

if yes, how to find the update WinCC RT Professional V13.0 SP2

is this the only solution to avoid this massage! i a have to update the RT in the field SCADA PC?

Do you mean i have to order it from Local Supplier? or online "support Request"?

And should i pay for it? because i am already have a license for RT Pro v13 SP1 2048 Power Tags?

If i will go with downgrade option, should i downgrade all: 

1. Totally Integrated Automation Portal (Version V13 SP2)

2. STEP 7 Professional (Version V13 SP2)

and 3. WinCC Professional (Version V13 SP2)

OR only no3 (WinCC Professional (Version V13 SP2))  to  (WinCC Professional (Version V13 SP1)) ?

Also, i can just download UPD9 directly or i have to start from UPD1?

UPD9  that will be enough or i have to start from UPD1?

if UPD9 is enough, is the flowing links is right ?
