AutoGen_7135399 Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, It seems difficult to get working Tag indirect addressing with symbolic access in the WinCC RT Professional v14. (See the attached picture Snap12 - WinCC professional; indirect addressing with symbolic access in the zip-file). It works fine with WinCC advanced. (See the attached picture Snap7 - HMI; indirect addressing with symbolic access in the zip-file) Do You have any solutions on this topic? I don't want to have the answer use UDT, structure or prefix because it's not working with project in the PLC. Attachment indirect addressing.zip (191 Downloads)

Murof Platinum Expert Joined: 8/3/2009 Last visit: 4/25/2025 Posts: 15355 Rating: (1895)	Hello this kind of Multiplexing is only working in WinCC Comfort/Advanced, not in WinCC Professional. This is a different Runtime System where this kind of Multiplexing is not implemented/possible. you have to use instances for every struct (or UDT). The solution in WinCC Professional for this is Tag Prefixes Bye Murof.
	If this Information really helps, you could use the Rate function
