There is no connection between PLC and HMI.

Being able to go online does not mean that HMI connection is set up properly.

Im assuming that you are using HMI from same PC station with engineering tool. Do you use simulation or RT?

When using simulation, you have to change your PG/PC interface from simulation to your actual NIC. If you use router you cannot use tcp auto on PC/PG interface.

you can delete this connection, go to "Devices & networks > Network view". Select Connections (on the top left of the view) and select "HMI connection" in drow down list next to it. Then PLC and HMI are highlighted. Create a connection between them by click the one, keep mouse button hold, move mouse to the other and release mouse button. When you go back to the view of your screenshot you see the new connection. Compile (rebuild all) HMI, load it and check again.
